TEMED Cardiac Suction Devices
Efficient fluid removal. Designed to minimise tissue trauma.
The TEMED Sucker and TEMED Mini Sucker are flexible surgical suction devices designed for the effective removal of fluid from the surgical field, maximising flow while minimising the potential for tissue trauma.
Their weighted tips are manufactured entirely from surgical steel, allowing the surface to be polished smooth to minimise trauma during surgical procedures. The design also prevents the device from sucking onto tissue.
Key Features
Atraumatic polished tip
Surgical-steel construction allows the weighted tip to be polished smooth, minimising the potential for tissue trauma.
Does not suck onto tissue
Designed to reduce the risk of the suction tip attaching to tissue during use.
Efficient fluid removal
Both sizes continue removing fluid when side holes are exposed or blocked with debris.
Weighted tip
The tip-to-shaft weight ratio provides stability and helps the tip find the lowest available position.
Smooth tip-to-tubing transition
The tubing and surgical-steel tip have matching outer diameters, creating a smooth transition.
